TS07 Series Chip Attenuators
The TS07XX(F) is an SMT fixed attenuator and is suitable for all Telecom and WiMax applications. This conveniently sized 0805 chip attenuator has excellent frequency response from DC to 6 GHz. This device is available in values of 0dB through 10dB in one dB increments and operates within a temperature range of -55 to +125 ºC. This cost effective attenuator can handle 100mW of input power and is packaged on 1,000 piece reels for high volume, pick & place manufacturing. All values are currently available for sampling and are RoHS compliant.
Also available a TS07XXF-DKIT [1012205] designer’s kit, with 25 pieces of 0, 3, 6 and 10dB values for your prototyping needs.
